All ponies & horses must have a measurement on file. All new horses & ponies must be measured. If there is a change in ownership, the horse must be re-measured unless ownership is within same immediate family. Measurements are not necessary for mare & foal projects or if the horse is age 2 years & under. Measurement may be done with or without shoes but the horse must show how measurement was done (with or without shoes).
