Calling at Cattlemen! Join us Dec 13 for an educational evening focused on cattle production and marketing. Dr. Joy Rumble with the Department of Agricultural Communication, Education, and Leadership at Ohio State will talk about the future of cultured meat. She will also discuss consumer perception of livestock care and use. This will give producers an idea of where the industry is heading and how you can prepare your operation to meet consumer demands. Dr. Steve Boyles, with the Department of Animal Science at Ohio State will discuss beef nutrition and management.
