Through a Judge's Eye Horse Clinics Come to the fairgrounds for a fun informative time with your 4-H horse project and learn rules and standards of specific disciplines through the eyes of a Judge. Learn to have fun, get tips for improving your show scores and be competitive. These clinics will be taught by DeeDee Bender.  DeeDee is a certified riding instructor, trainer, clinician, and OSU card regular & PAS judge. These clinics will count for a specialty meeting as long as you are there for an entire hour of discipline.
