It will provide participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to talk with tenants about farming and conservation practices used on their land. The farm management portion will provide an understanding of passing land on to the next generation and help establish fair rental rates by looking at current farm budgets.

  7. Aug. 29, 2018 8:00am to 1:00pm

    Learn about Data Management in Precision Agriculture. The day will start with  an overview of on farm research and will continue with data management, data stewardship fundamentals and troubleshooting along with much more. Speakers in include Drs. John Fulton and Elizabeth Hawkins with OSU, Dave Scheiderer with Integrated Ag Services and a panel of farmers who will discuss how they use and manage data collected from their fields.
