    **We are aware of the weather alert for February 6th, 2026. The team still plans to run the scheduled Private Pesticide/Fertilizer Recertification Training (PAT). Registration opens at 7:30am. Fertilizer training starts at 8am. Pesticide training starts at 9am and runs until 12pm. Drive safe and see you all there!**

    EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) is a free nutrition education program offered in several counties in Ohio for low-income adults with children and youth. Program assistants use interactive discussions and hands-on activities to guide participants through a series of meetings aimed at improving the total family diet and nutritional well-being.

  8. Master Gardener Volunteers

    The Ohio State University Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program provides intensive training in horticulture to interested Ohio residents, who then volunteer their time assisting with educational programs and activities for Ohio residents through their local OSU Extension county office. Volunteers are not required to have gardening skills or knowledge; but a passion for learning about gardening and sharing this knowledge with others is a must!
