Dining with Diabetes is a hands-on cooking school and nutrition education program tailored for individuals living with diabetes, as well as their family members and caregivers. Over the course of four interactive sessions, participants will explore practical cooking techniques that support healthier eating habits right from their own kitchens.
Each class features:
- Live cooking demonstrations with simple, diabetes-friendly recipes
- Tasting opportunities to discover how delicious healthy food can be
- Expert guidance from a registered dietitian or certified diabetes educator
- Supportive discussions focused on managing diabetes through nutrition
A follow-up reunion class is offered at a later date to reconnect, share progress, and reinforce key concepts.
