Recently the CDC has recommended Tai Chi for Arthritis as part of falls prevention.
Classes with be held both in-person and virtually. In-person classes will be offered at the Champaign County Auditorium each week from 2:00pm - 3:00pm. Registration will be required. Each class will teach warm-up, core and cool down movements. Open to ALL levels and abilities.
